MEG and Associates was founded in 2008 by Meg Gates Osborne. Over the years, Meg has been involved with many organizations in the Indianapolis community; chairing events and raising money for numerous charities. As a consultant, she combines her expertise and relationships to create a business developing outstanding community events, by adding enthusiasm and energy into each and every one.

Throughout the past 25 years, I have chaired events for 40 thousand people as well as very small and intimate groups. I work with professional and volunteer committees. As a consultant, I have created business marketing plans to help increase sales and community visibility. I have experience designing and launching media campaigns plus promoting a wide variety of community events. Through the years, I have developed wonderful relationships with various media outlets. I have launched extensive marketing campaigns for membership development programs. I have helped raise over 8 million dollars for various children’s organizations and schools. I have experience in developing endowment campaigns, while directing individual campaigns and various levels of fundraisers.

Brad Osborne

Brad Osborne has been behind the scenes for support and promotion for many years. In addition to being married to Meg since 1984, Brad has actively been involved with almost every event that Meg has coordinated. Sometimes, it’s the work on the computer late at night and other times it’s getting up really early to help facilitate an event’s smooth operation. Brad has helped with numerous 500 Festival events over the years and he really enjoys helping people reach their goals and objectives. Deborah Miles

Deborah comes to MEG and Associates with over seventeen years of experience in event planning and execution. She's been intricately involved in coordination of projects ranging from town festivals, a broad variety of not-for-profit events, golf outings and local / national sports championship competitions. Deborah is a high energy and detail orientated individual with a background which encompasses event concept development, fund raising & sponsorship, vendor & facility coordination, mass media outreach and government interfacing.
